- By default, we will increase your current (or previous if you are currently between jobs) salary depending on technical assessment.
- Pay is monthly based on a 168 hour full-time work month, time logged.

- For candidates using time-boxed based pay, in which we will increase current or previous salary.
- Candidates that choose this method can revert back to a time-logged salary at any time.
