Performance Reviews, Raises, and Bonuses
- Performance reviews are performed quarterly (every 3 months) by the manager.
- Each team member will also evaluate the company and management for areas of improvement. The feedback loop is bidirectional.
- Each member will be evaluated for a raise and token bonus at the end of each quarter.
- Each team member and the team will have Quarterly Milestones they must complete to be considered for raise and/or bonus.
- We track weekly the progress each team member is making towards their quarterly goal.
